Sourdough bread in the wood-fired oven (ENGLISH)

Learn to bake sourdough bread in a wood-fired oven. One of our volunteers, Wim, has been making sourdough bread at home for a while and will guide you through the handling and fermentation processes in 3 hours. 

Meanwhile another volunteer lights the fire and makes sure the oven is at the right temperature.

We will start at 1 PM downstairs in the Bosmuseum and expect to finish by 5 PM.

Please bring :

- 3 euros per person for the ingredients

- an apron 

- a bread bag 

- a jar with a lid  (with holes poked in it)
